Homework- week 2
Unfortunately the school printer isn't working so I have just added some notes regarding homework this week here:
This week, there is no spellings or phonics work as we have just started our sessions in class this week.
Coming home with the children today, there is a book for the children to read and a choosing book.
- Year one have a book that they should be able to decode and read with an adult's support.
- Reception have a book with no words or sentences as for the first few weeks we will be building up to decoding. Please look at the pictures and discuss with your child. There are some prompts on the back cover if you need them.
In History, we have been learning about toys and technology over the last 70 years. Please can children talk with their grown-ups about the toys they used to play with.
