Wednesday 20th January

18 Jan 2021

Good morning Class 1!

Today is Wednesday which is the middle of the school week smiley I have seen some super work sent to me, thank you to those of you who have sent in work and those who have completed the phonics game on Purple Mash. I have seen some great scores yes

Remember - We will have our daily catch up at 9.30am.
Today can you bring the phase 2 letter sheets (cut up into individual letters) and the phase 3 sheet for reference – these can be found in the ‘files’ section on TEAMs. You will also need a whiteboard and pen...

Phonics

Please work through the powerpoint for todays phonic session

The Noisy House

Day 3 – Today we are going to use actions to retell the story

You will find the lesson video in TEAMs  - it should appear on the ‘post’ thread but if you have any problems, please let me know.

Maths

Please see below todays video for maths. Today we are continuing to find number bonds
Click the session to find the link to the page: Session 5

If you would like to add challenge you could change the number of objects.

Get crafty!

Today I thought we could have a go at making a transport toy. There are a couple of examples below,  see if you can follow the instructions to make one of these toys.

For something a little more tricky you could try and make a maze with Maddie and Greg. The instructions for how to make it starts around 10 minutes in to the programme.

Don't forget, there is a daily collective worship on the News and Events - Enrichment page.

If you would like to get active, you can choose an activity from the Change4 Life page

Hope you have a super day!
Remember to let me know how you get on with your work by sending me an email or uploading a photograph to evidence me.
