World mental health day

On Thursday 10th October it was World Mental Health Day. We spent some time in class thinking about what mental health is and how we can help ourselves and each other to have good mental health.
We thought about what we think of ourselves and then we asked our friends what they think about us.
All of the children had great ideas for the things we can do to be kind to ourselves.
We all have good friends who we like to spend time with.

“We can help each other to succeed with the things we find difficult because someone else might be good at it”
“I do things I enjoy outside of school”
