Class Three- PE

09 Nov 2023

Our first week back has been a busy one. We have dived straight back into our learning.

In maths we have been working in multiplication and multiplying numbers of ,ore than one digit by another number of more than one digit. We have been doing something geography map work and some work on databases in Computing.

In French we are learning how to describe where we live and in RE we are thinking about the big question “creation and science; conflicting or complimentary?”

In PE with Miss Rogers, which is now on a Wednesday, we are doing health related fitness. This week we had a circuit of activities so we could test our stamina. The activities included Running laps for 4 minutes, calf raises, skipping, stork-balance challenge and a t-test. We recorded a baseline score and then practised the activity before recording another score at the end.

With Mr Whitford on Thursday we are doing dodgeball. This week we warmed up by playing some games in teams. We had to listen as well thinking about where we need to move to.
