Class Four - Week Two

We have had a very busy second week back.
In Maths we have been working on Place Value and exploring numbers up to 10,000,000.
In English, we have continued reading our class book Escape From Rome and have used it as inspiration for our writing. On Thursday we started planning diary entries focused on the three main characters in our book.
In History we explored why the Romans wanted to invade Britain and compared their battle strategies to the approach of The Celts.
Wednesday was all about expressing our Pupil Voice and we spent some time in our committees coming up with some fun ideas.
This week we have also coded our own computer games and had lots of fun in P.E. In French we continued look at Fruits and in PSHCE we discussed our rights and responsibilities as children. On Friday afternoon we had lots of fun in Forest School.
