Sports Relief

14 Mar 2020

We had a brilliant day on Friday, supporting Sports Relief. Members of Class 4 had a very important role to play in the organisation and the running of the day. Three very brave members of our School Sports Crew ran our whole school collective worship on Friday morning. The School Sports Crew measured the route for the mile, and then re-measured it on Friday when the field was too wet to use; they marked out the route for the run; and they devised and led other sporting activities for the rest of the school.

It was wonderful to see all members of our Class pushing themselves to the limit when running the mile, and then enthusiastically supporting their younger peers whilst they were running. They really enjoyed the School Sports Crew's activities and showed their peers the respect they deserved whilst they were running them.

We look forward to finding out how much money we raised for charity.
