Class 4 - Science and Poetry
11 Nov 2022
This week in Class 4 we have been working really hard!
In our guided reading we looked a poem by Enid Blyton about Bonfire Night. In English we have also been looking at poetry. We have used Bonfire Night as inspiration to write our own acrostic and shape poems. You have all worked so hard to create thoughtful and effective poetry, well done.
In Maths, Year 5 have been looking at multiples and factors and Year 6 have been working on Long Division with lots of practice.
We have started our science work and exploring the effects of Gravity. You have all planned an investigation to test what makes an effective parachute. I am looking forward to seeing those experiments in action next week!
In French we have continued learning how to say different vegetables.
Fantastic week Class 4!
Have a lovely weekend.
