Dear Friends of Fountains School,
The busy run up to Christmas has now begun and there is lots going on!
Just before we get to the Christmas Fair stuff, we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported the Fountains 50:50 Auction at the weekend. It was lovely to team up with Fountains Parish and Fountains Playgroup. A special thank you must go to the team from the Parish who invited us to join their fundraising effort. We managed to raise £428 for our children!
Friday 6th December is our Christmas Fair. This will start at 2pm in the school hall. There will be coffee, cake and lots of fun games and stalls. This year, we would like to encourage as many of you as possible to bring your own reusable cup for your drink.
Once again, we do need you fabulous people to help us! We have outlined how you can do this:
- Fill a jam jar with sweets, chocolate and/or small gifts for the jarbola.
- Donate cakes and biscuits to sell in the cafe. These can be dropped into school on Thursday 5th December or Friday 6th December before 1pm.
- Donate an item for our hamper raffle (details and class colours can be found on the website).
- Donate an old Christmas jumper for our secondhand Christmas jumper stall.
- Come along and join the fun!
