Every day during lockdown, you will need to make sure you do some physical exercise.
There are lots of options for what this could be: you could go for a walk around where you live, or you could go for a bike ride, or you could go for a run; or you could complete Joe Wicks' daily workout; or you could do some yoga. It is entirely up to you, and you could choose the same thing every day, or a different thing every day.
