All Around the World
Class 2 have been thinking about places all around the world this week.

We have been thinking about our families and the place where we live. For some of us, our families have also lived in another place in the UK or a different country in the world. Many of us also have family members who live somewhere else. Here are some presentations from Edward and Oli:

We enjoyed reading 'Meercat Mail' and the story inspired us to write some travel reviews. We also researched to find facts about real meercats:
We have been thinking about adjectives and alliteration. We tried to think of a describing word for each country that had the same letter. We came up with some funny descriptions!
In maths, we have been thinking about shapes and symmetry. Here are some of the beautiful symmetrical drawings that we did:
